Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, or refunds can be processed.
This ensures clarity between Applauze and our customers, helping us maintain fairness and transparency.

We accept returns or exchanges only if the original product tags attached to the t-shirt are still intact. If the tags have been removed or tampered with, we cannot accept the item for return or replacement.

If eligible, you may request:

• An exchange for another size (subject to availability)

• A refund, which will be processed through UPI or any online payment method.

⚠️ Important:

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.

• The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed.

• Refunds will be initiated only after we receive the returned parcel.

• Shipping/delivery fees (both initial and return) are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded.

Our Refund Policy covers:

• Timeframe for returns – Requests must be made within 24 Hours of delivery.

• Condition of the product – Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• Refund method – Refunds will be processed via UPI or any online payment method within 24 Hours whenever we will receive the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
